Common questions
What is the 60-day trail trial?
Use the gear outside for up to 60 days. If it isn't right — wrong fit, wrong feel, whatever — send it back for a full refund. Used gear is fine.
How does sizing work?
Each product page lists the measurements. As a rule, measure around the deepest part of the chest for harnesses and around the neck for collars, then size up if you're between sizes.
What are your shipping times?
Orders ship within one business day from Montana. US delivery is typically 3–5 business days, free on orders over $60.
Do you ship internationally?
For now we ship within the US. International shipping is on the roadmap — drop us a note and we'll tell you when it lands.
What if a seam fails a year later?
Repairs for life. If stitching pulls or hardware fails, send a photo and we'll repair or replace it at no charge.
